Training Programs
- Registration fees for online or offline certification programs are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- Rescheduling may be allowed based on trainer availability and prior notice.
- No refunds will be provided for missed training sessions.
Equipment & Kits
- Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged during delivery or the wrong item is delivered.
- Customers must report damaged or incorrect products for returns within 48 hours of delivery.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original source of payment method.
Replacement or Exchanged products will be delivered within 4-5 days.
Digital Products
- Lifetime video access, manuals, and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been provided.
