Training Programs

• Registration fees for online or offline certification programs are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• Rescheduling may be allowed based on trainer availability and prior notice.
• No refunds will be provided for missed training sessions.

Equipment & Kits

• Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged during delivery or the wrong item is delivered.
• Customers must report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Digital Products

• Lifetime video access, manuals, and downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been provided.
